You may choose your own caterer, florist, photographer, musicians, etc., or we will be happy to provide you with a list of local businessmen. Rental includes 150 white cushioned folding chairs, 20 large round tables, two 6' and two 8' rectangular tables and linens. The detached kitchen has sinks and a refrigerator but no heating appliances.

Tea Time (2 hours, between 8a.m. and 6 p.m.): $100 plus $50 cleaning/damage deposit
Half-day (4 hour maximum, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.): $350 plus $150 cleaning/damage deposit
Daily (10 a.m. - 10 p.m): $800 plus $300 cleaning/damage deposit
3 day (3 consecutive days): $1800 plus $500 cleaning/damage deposit
Additional fees:
Extended 3-day rental: $100 per day
Extended Daily rental: $75 per each hour outside of 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. period
Indoor portrait fee: $50.00 (Is included with 3 day rental)
The Cleaning/damage deposit must be included with reservation deposit; half of this amount is refundable.
