Rental Rates

• Hourly: Maximum of 4 (four) daytime hours (8am-8pm): $350 plus deposit

• One day rental (10am-10pm): $800 plus deposit

• Weekend rental (Three consecutive days): $1800 plus deposit

• Tea Time: Small daytime parties, up to 50 people 2 hours: $100 plus deposit
